Making A Purchase 

Making a purchase could not be easier; just browse our gallery and add the artwork that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.  After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. 

We accept most credit and debit cards including American Express.  You can pay online via the payment platform.  Once payment has been processed your order will be confirmed and you will receive an email order confirmation.  

Cancellations and returns 

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to correct the mistake.  As all art works are customised with your choice of frame and size and printed to order, they fall within the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 of goods you can’t return.  If however, your art work arrives in a faulty condition please contact us within 48hrs.  All packaging should be retained and photographic evidence will usually be required to qualify for a full refund (to your original payment method) or to arrange delivery of replacement art work. 

Licence for Use of Images  

The reproduction by whatever means of the whole or any part of any Just before…® artwork is strictly forbidden. In order to preserve the limited-edition status of artwork purchased from Just before…® we do not grant licences for the use of our limited-edition artwork in any way for any reason. From time to time we may make available open edition artworks and you may enquire about licensing the reproduction of open edition artworks by contacting us on info@justbefore.co.uk. 

Shipping and Handling 

Shipping costs to the UK, EU and North America are included in the purchase price.  We do not charge handling fees. You may be required to pay import duties at time of delivery according to your location and prevailing legislation.  

Delivery Schedule 

Products are usually manufactured and dispatched within 7 – 10 working days of your order being placed. 

Privacy Policy 

Satuit Consulting Ltd. do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
